As a community safety notice: The photo below is of a local Vantage Hill resident who walks his dog off leash who frequents the Hickory Cluster path by Block 2. This dog has attacked the dog of a Hickory Cluster resident and been observed allowing the dog off leash in other parts of the community, including Lake Anne Plaza.
