HCA Board of Directors monthly Regular Meetings are held in-person at United Christian Parish, 11508 North Shore Dr., Reston, VA 20190, immediately adjacent to HCA Block 3 townhomes, typically on the third Wednesday of each month starting promptly at 7:30 p.m. Unless announced otherwise, all monthly meetings are in-person only.  Some Regular Meeting dates, times, and locations may change as announced on this website.  Special Meetings may be called and announced as necessary to provide more time for Directors to address critical ongoing or ad hoc issues. 

All HCA Members in good standing are encouraged to attend the public portion of HCA Director meetings.  Members may make comments to Directors during the Member Forum portion at the start of each meeting, but no Director response or further discussion is required.  Executive Session business is closed to Members as allowed by law for Director discussion of non-public legal, contractual, compliance, and personnel issues.  

Entrance to UCP meeting rooms is through Door 1 from mid-building in the rear parking lot.  Door 1 is typically locked at 7:30 p.m. as directed by UCP, so please arrive early. Footpath access from the RA Green Trail behind UCP is up and to the west of Block 3 with a left turn on a small path into the UCP parking lot just before the Lake Anne Elementary School black chain link fence gate.  The upper trail is dark and unlit after sunset, so bring a flashlight if you plan to return that way.  For additional information, call 703 405 9946.
