HCA Directors have called a Special Meeting to discuss critical column and beam structural connection repairs specifically proposed for a Block 3 carriage house that may be applicable to numerous other Goodman Houses throughout the cluster.
At this meeting, the professional engineer and contractor selected to perform the work will present details of their proposed repairs and to respond to Director comments.
All HCA Members in good standing may attend this meeting. Due to time limitations, Member comments to Directors will be allowed only during the Member Forum at the beginning of the meeting, and direct Member interaction with the presenters will not be allowed.
The meeting will be held in-person at the Lee residence, 11501 Hickory Cluster, and online via Zoom, starting promptly at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. Zoom connection details are as follows:
