The HCA Board of Directors has learned that a former Director recently posted substantial disruptive misinformation about HCA and RA DRB HVAC application and approval policies, practices, processes, and standards, on unofficial private-access Hickory Cluster Facebook and Next Door social media websites. If HCA Members mistakenly follow that misinformation, unfortunately they may have to considerably revise any resulting RA DRB application. This may also increase the amount of time necessary for HCA collaboration, review, and decision, and it may delay overall RA DRB approval.
Only current HCA Directors set current HCA policies, practices, processes, and standards. Former Directors or other Members do not.
HCA enforces compliance with the most recent proposed or current HCA-approved standards, whether RA-approved or not. RA DRB also enforces compliance with HCA standards approved by the HCA Board of Directors, whether proposed and in process or fully RA-approved.
