We have reports from community members from both Hickory Cluster and adjacent Waterview Cluster of a man hanging out in the woods on Hickory Cluster property adjacent to the elementary school (within 30′). We also have reports that he has been somewhat aggressive and verbally abusive to those who have approached him.
Police advise that if you see an individual fitting this description on Hickory Cluster property, do not approach him but immediately call 911.
