Precision Safe Sidewalks, LLC will be removing trip and fall hazards on sidewalks, aprons, and curbs throughout the cluster starting April 28, 2026 and it will take  approximately 2-3 days. During the work, sidewalks will be kept in service, no heavy equipment or traffic control will be required, and all debris and concrete and waste materials, will be removed. Note: Working dates may change due to weather conditions.

  • Curbs: you will need to move your vehicle if it is parked next to a curb that requires cutting. Only a limited number of spaces will be impacted by curb cutting. Owners will be notified.
  • Aprons on Maple Ridge with easements: you will need to move your car if it is parked over or on the apron.
  • Pots and other articles: Please remove any pots or other items from the sidewalk near your home so they do not interfere with the work.
  • Weather: Wet weather may delay operations
  • While the concrete cutting may be very loud the work proceeds quickly and there will be very little dust.
