Block 1 and 3 swings and their attached chains have been removed because their wooden support frame bases have unfortunately deteriorated over the years to a point of possible structural failure and user injury, and HCA has been unable to identify a contractor willing to rebuild them and assume related liability. Note that the wooden structures will remain and only the swings will be removed.
